These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and moving services provided by Utah's Moving and Storage Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or after a walkthrough are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final charges may vary based on the actual size, access, and circumstances of your move. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding.
Services
We provide residential, long-distance, commercial, and packing services as a licensed Utah motor carrier (license #11735591-0160). Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and the nature of the items being moved. Certain hazardous, perishable, or prohibited items cannot be transported.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Local moves are billed at the applicable hourly rate with any stated minimums; long-distance and specialty moves are billed per the agreed quote.
Liability
Basic carrier liability is included on every move. Additional valuation coverage may be available upon request. Claims for loss or damage must be reported promptly in accordance with applicable law and our claims process.
